Kate Hurst | Founder State of Flow
Kate came to yoga as a burnt out creative over 15 years ago. Looking for a way to become more effective, resilient and calm, her practice has since had a transformative impact on her life, both on and off the mat.
Completing her teacher training in 2019, Kate now teaches individual, corporate and group classes that combine creative sequencing with a steady and calm approach.
Having felt the transformative benefits of having a regular asana, meditation and pranayama practice in her life, Kate’s passion now is to help others find more vitality, connection & flow in their own lives.
“I have always had a fascination with the connection between yoga, creativity and flow state.
Through my yoga classes and retreats, my goal is to help people access a sense of connection between body and mind, becoming deeply focused in the moment.
My hope for my students is that the presence and flow cultivated in a class will accompany them off the mat and into their daily lives”.
